Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse forklift associate to support our distribution center operations. The role emphasizes safe forklift operation, unloading shipments, and placing freight into correct stocking areas.

Responsibilities include replenishing outbound totes, stocking rack merchandise, and assisting with mezzanine zones while upholding safety standards. Experience with power equipment and basic computer skills is preferred. Bilingual skills are valued to support a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a team environment.
• Operating knowledge of fork trucks and power equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED). (Desired)
• Experience operating various types of power equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of parts lines in warehouse and surplus merchandise locations.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate fork trucks safely and unload trucks.
• Move merchandise from trucks to docks and stocking areas.
• Stock rack merchandise and manage surplus locations.
• Set down rack surplus to enable orders and replenishments.
• Train team members and run the DC training program.
• Maintain safety standards and identify unsafe practices.
• Assist with replenishing outbound totes and mezzanine zones.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks with fork trucks.
• All other duties as assigned.
