Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse position to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions in the distribution center. You will handle merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and operate RF scanners and WMS to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include receiving, processing shipments, and ensuring quality standards while maintaining productive workflows and organized work areas. This role requires willingness to learn new warehouse systems and technologies on site.

Qualifications

• Must accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and handle merchandise safely.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with merchandise.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, acquisitions, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handhelds, WMS, and other warehouse technology.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations and shelving systems.
• Load/unload trailers, route trucks, and secure shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
