O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for receiving, sorting, stocking, packing, staging, and shipping merchandise with accuracy and speed. The role uses RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking to maintain inventory integrity.

You will follow safety and quality procedures, lift merchandise as needed, and support training for teammates. Experience with warehouse systems is a plus, and the position offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Help train teammates and support peak-volume continuity.
