Job summary

You will implement and sustain FLMC standards, coach teams, and lead time studies to eliminate waste and boost productivity. Collaboration with operations and functions drives the site’s Lean transformation and continuous improvement culture.

Expect to apply 5S, VSM, Yamazumi, Kanban, and Standard Work while advancing the site’s Operational Excellence roadmap and data-driven performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, lean manufacturing, or a continuous improvement environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, LN, or similar).
• Lean tools familiarity: VSM, Yamazumi, Kanban, 5S, SMED, Standard Work.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and sustainment of 5S and FLMC standards across the plant.
• Train and coach employees on Lean concepts and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Conduct time studies, line balancing, and workflow optimization activities.
• Participate in and support SMED, Kaikaku, and other continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in the implementation of Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Yamazumi, Kanban, and Standard Work.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance data and communicate improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the site's Operational Excellence roadmap.
