Job summary

adidas is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement across processing, distribution, and packaging. You will develop labor standards, quantify constraints, and implement productivity and quality enhancements in the distribution centers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, project leadership, and collaboration with DC ops, IT, and finance. A hybrid work model is offered with on-site requirements varying by business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a distribution center environment.
• Strong MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black desirable.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Manhattan WMS.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineered labor standards for distribution centers.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and quality.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve decisions.
• Lead end-to-end small to mid-scale projects.
• Ensure compliance with PMO and procurement policies.
• Manage project budgets and monthly variances.
• Collaborate with management at all levels.
• Travel up to 10%.
