Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track programs and participants is required. Ideal candidates hold an active SECRET clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least one year in project management and presentation development.

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications and change management materials for training programs.
• Support SOPs for cohorts management and training outreach.
• Track training programs and participants via LMS.
• Support workforce integration activities and data analysis for client decisions.
• Apply project management skills to collect notes, track actions, and report progress.
