Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant - Strategic Communications to help develop and execute strategic communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement for complex initiatives in the US (VA/DC). You will translate intricate information into clear messaging, draft executive communications, and create visuals that simplify concepts.

A must is the ability to obtain and maintain a federal/public trust and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic communications, management consulting or organizational change management.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-centered communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and polished presentations.
• Experience developing visual communications (infographics, timelines, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate complex information into concise communications for diverse audiences.
• Draft and edit executive communications, announcements, talking points, FAQs, and newsletters.
• Create visuals: infographics, timelines, and presentation graphics.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint decks with strong messaging and visuals.
• Support stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and communications calendars.
