Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage an hourly team of 20–30 associates with operations leadership and safety focus.
• Coach and develop associates; conduct evaluations and provide feedback; hire, discipline and terminate as needed.
• Monitor inventory accuracy; improve productivity, quality and expenses; analyze and act on reports.
• Coordinate and monitor operations to align with business plan and staffing needs.
