Responsibilities

• 45% Managing Process: ensure operations procedures are followed and suggest improvements.
• 25% Coaching and Developing Associates: train and evaluate hourly staff.
• 15% Drives Results: monitor inventory accuracy and key metrics.
• 15% Business Planning: coordinate staffing with production needs and budgets.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
