Responsibilities include supervising 20–30 associates, coordinating staffing with business needs, and driving productivity with a focus on quality and safety. Overnight travel is limited.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead an hourly team to run DC operations efficiently and safely.
• Coach and develop associates; hire, evaluate, discipline, and terminate hourly staff.
• Ensure adherence to standard processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control; analyze metrics for productivity, accuracy, and cost.
• Coordinate operations with the manager to meet staffing and production plans.
