Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a distribution center environment.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to lead and drive team performance excellence.
• Leads and acts as an ambassador for Burlington’s Core Values, fostering an engaging, professional, and inclusive team environment.
• Acts as a catalyst for cross-functional assignments and special projects.
• Provides feedback, coaching, and development to their team.
• Ensures on-going training and compliance with policies and procedures.
