Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in California's San Bernardino area is seeking a Distribution Center Area Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of DC associates, and ensure safe, accurate shipping, receiving, and storage aligned with company policies.

You will analyze productivity data, coach staff, leverage warehouse systems, and drive cross-functional projects to ensure merchandise reaches stores on time. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in distribution leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience leading a high-volume distribution environment.
• Leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring and development initiatives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
