Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a DC Area Manager for the 2nd shift to lead Distribution Center Associates in shipping/receiving duties and to ensure safe, efficient operations. You will analyze productivity data, coach the team, and drive cross-functional initiatives to meet Burlington’s goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in a high-volume distribution setting and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center environment.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Able to read and interpret policies and procedures to operate systems within the DC.
• Flexible schedule ability.
• Ability to access all areas of the DC, including mezzanine platforms.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
