Job summary

Performance Redistribution is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for receiving, pulling orders, loading trucks, and handling delivery paperwork. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a high-volume environment.

You will manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews while ensuring that every shift achieves timely, accurate order fulfillment and strict stock control. Previous supervisory experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience supervising staff considered a plus.
• Forklift operation experience a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Ensures FIFO stock rotation and proper stocking of received product.
• Promotes service quality by ensuring staff understand roles and meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager and uses WMS to boost productivity.
• Oversees building security, night alarms, and compliance with safety programs.
