Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities to ensure seamless product flow, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipment processing.
• Balance team workloads dynamically throughout the shift to maintain high productivity and meet service level agreements.
• Act as the primary liaison between warehouse staff and cross-functional business partners to streamline communication and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counting and systematic reconciliation processes.
• Mentor team members by facilitating training plans, conducting performance assessments, and leading improvement initiatives.
• Champion a safety-first environment by coordinating engagement activities and ensuring strict adherence to compliance protocols.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage documentation, labeling, and logistical transactions with precision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Proven proficiency in operating forklifts with a commitment to maintaining safety certifications.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise-level ERP software.
