Job summary

Performance Redistribution, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, order pulling, and loading for next-day delivery in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will manage staff, ensure accurate orders, and uphold FIFO practices while ensuring safety and productivity.

Applicants should have 2-4 years in warehousing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely and accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks and trailers.
• Ensures proper stocking and FIFO stock rotation of received product.
• Promotes a strong service quality ethic and ensures understanding of roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management systems and analyzes productivity for improvements.
• Maintains building security and safe operation of material handling; adheres to health and safety programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
