Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts and delivering excellent guest service. This role is with a Taco Bell franchisee; franchisees set wages and benefits which may vary.

You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members while maintaining operational standards. Requires 1–3 years supervisory experience and basic math, PC literacy, and physical endurance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
