Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group partners with a Taco Bell franchisee to hire a Shift Leader who will run great shifts, support the RGM, and ensure self-sufficient operations. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide teammates to deliver excellent guest experiences.

The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and strong analytical skills. Must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and support the RGM in delivering strong restaurant performance.
• Take ownership to solve problems and provide guidance to team members.
