Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Humboldt, Tennessee. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running strong shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth operations.

This role requires 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and solid math and analytical skills. You must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and prepared for background checks and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and take ownership to solve problems.
• Provide guidance to team members and help others as needed; ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
