Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Tennessee. You will support the RGM by running shifts, solving problems, and guiding team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer skills, and a willingness to meet business goals. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical/decision-making.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts as a self-sufficient leader and resolve issues on shift.
• Supervise team, assign tasks, and mentor staff to meet goals.
• Enforce standards, safety and guest service throughout shifts.
