Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group's Taco Bell franchise in Savannah, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to help run great shifts and support the general manager. You will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain safety standards, and keep the operation efficient and clean.

This role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 18+ years old with strong math and problem-solving skills are needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great, self-sufficient shifts.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide others as needed.
• Willing to help and mentor teammates.
