Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Tennessee. You will support the RGM by running great shifts, taking ownership, solving problems, and guiding teammates to peak performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift
• Background checks are required for management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
