Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise, in Tennessee. You will run shifts, support the RGM, and take ownership to solve problems while guiding team members to deliver great guest experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and strong analytical skills. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) matching. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and support the RGM by ensuring smooth operations.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members during shifts.
• Maintain self-sufficient shift execution and ensure policies are followed.
