Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is hiring for a Shift Leader role at Taco Bell franchise locations in Humboldt, TN. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, ensuring efficiency and customer service excellence.

Requirements include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift. Transportation and a clean background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
