Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location in West Memphis, AR. You will run shifts, own problems, and support the RGM to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and support the RGM.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and guide others when appropriate.
• Be willing to provide help and guidance to team members.
