Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Memphis. You will support the restaurant general manager by running efficient shifts, solving problems, and guiding team members.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
