Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for Taco Bell franchise operations in Memphis, TN. You will support the Regional General Manager by running great shifts, solving problems, and guiding team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of your shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility (P&L).
• Basic personal computer literacy to complete simple tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and stand during 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to team members and maintain quality service during shifts.
