Job summary

Michaels stores are seeking team members to maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment and assist customers throughout shifts. You will help with store upkeep, merchandise presentation, and safe operation of cleaning tasks, while delivering friendly service and supporting checkout transactions.

Candidates should have prior retail or cleaning experience and be able to assist with Omni-channel processes, returns, and basic cash handling in a busy store setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to meet Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find what they need.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in stocking, planograms, and truck unloading as needed.
