Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., the Hardee’s franchisee in Virginia, seeks a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of the GM. You will supervise shifts, coach crew, and uphold our standards for quality, service, safety, and cleanliness while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and procedures.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure proper building/equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Handle cash procedures and deposits when in charge of a shift.
