Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Manager for our Hardee's restaurant in Virginia Beach. You will supervise the breakfast shift, uphold quality, service, and cleanliness, and work to optimize profitability while leading a crew.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment, including ovens, grills, and biscuit station, are cleaned and maintained.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with scheduling sufficient staff to operate the restaurant.
• Control inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and related records.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
