Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will provide outstanding customer service, handle membership inquiries and transactions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment in the club.

Responsibilities include greeting members, processing sign-ups and payments, promoting Black Card upgrades, and ensuring accurate use of the POS system. On-site role with opportunities to support club culture and safety.

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests professionally.
• Handle member inquiries, changes and billing questions.
• Explain memberships, tours, sign-ups and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process memberships, cancellations and payments at the front desk.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with inquiries.
