Job summary

Michaels in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a daytime Cashier/Front End Ambassador to deliver friendly service, help customers shop, and provide a fast checkout experience. You’ll handle cash, process transactions, enroll customers in rewards, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS/SFS.

The role includes truck unloading, stocking, and ensuring in-stock, well-merchandised aisles while adhering to SOPs and safety programs. Part-time hours with weekend shifts are typical.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and assist customers.
• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Engage customers in rewards program enrollments and VOC surveys.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Support store recovery, inventory accuracy, and safety policies.
