Job summary

Michaels in Arlington, TX is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with stocking and merchandising to keep the store inviting and well stocked.

You will support omnichannel processes, promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and participate in store recovery and customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the VOC survey and drive participation.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandising, including returns/go backs.
