Job summary

Role includes truck unloading, merchandising duties, and participation in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Standing for long periods and lifting is required; flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash transactions to standard.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain store recovery and planograms.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and policies.
