Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and train in voice of customer surveys.
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Ensure merchandise availability and store recovery to uphold brand promises.
