McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Daytime Cashier/Runner/Busser to deliver a warm guest experience across multiple roles—from register duties to dining room support. You’ll help with order delivery, keep areas clean, and contribute to a smooth service flow with friendly, accurate execution.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, up-selling, and teamwork within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team make it a great place to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant and create a positive first impression
• Provide polite, friendly guest interactions and respond to questions with care
• Take orders at the counter, process payment, and deliver accurate change
• Promote up-selling by sharing recommendations that enhance the guest’s meal
• Pay attention to guest needs, respond appropriately to inquiries, resolve complaints when possible, and share suggestions with your team
• Pre-bus and bus tables to keep the dining area clean and comfortable
• Run dishes and help maintain a smooth back-of-house workflow
• Run food to ensure orders arrive quickly and correctly
• Support the take-out window to deliver orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and team members

Daytime Cashier/Runner/Busser (Full-Time and Part-Time)

As a Daytime Cashier/Runner/Busser, you’ll help create a great guest experience from the moment they walk in. You’ll combine friendly customer service with quick, accurate execution across multiple roles—taking care of guests at the register, supporting the line with order delivery, and keeping the dining and serving areas clean and ready for the next guest.
