Daytime Cashier/Runner/Busser (Full-Time and Part-Time)

As a Daytime Cashier/Runner/Busser, you'll help create a great guest experience from the moment they walk in. You'll combine friendly customer service with quick, accurate execution across multiple roles-taking care of guests at the register, supporting the line with order delivery, and keeping the dining and serving areas clean and ready for the next guest.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant and create a positive first impression
• Provide polite, friendly guest interactions and respond to questions with care
• Take orders at the counter, process payment, and deliver accurate change
• Promote up-selling by sharing recommendations that enhance the guest's meal
• Pay attention to guest needs, respond appropriately to inquiries, resolve complaints when possible, and share suggestions with your team
• Pre-bus and bus tables to keep the dining area clean and comfortable
• Run dishes and help maintain a smooth back-of-house workflow
• Run food to ensure orders arrive quickly and correctly
• Support the take-out window to deliver orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and team members
