Job summary

McAlister's Deli in Richmond, KY is hiring team members for a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will welcome guests, take orders at the counter, handle payments, and ensure orders are accurate while maintaining a clean dining area.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests entering the restaurant.
• Interacts with guests politely and professionally.
• Takes orders at the counter, processes payments and provides accurate change.
• Promotes upselling to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Attends to guests' needs, resolves inquiries and notes suggestions.
• Pre-bussing and bussing tables to maintain a clean dining area.
• Runs food and assists with take-out window.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety policies.

• Welcomes the guests as they come into the restaurant
• Interacts with guests in the most polite manner possible
• Takes orders made by guests at the counter, take payment from guest and deliver accurate change
• Promotes up-selling
• Attention to guests needs and responds appropriately to their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and noting their suggestions
