Job summary

Deloitte’s Human Capital practice in the United States seeks a Dayforce Manager to lead HR, payroll, and time-related transformations for diverse clients. You will manage Dayforce-enabled implementations, advise stakeholders, and drive value across complex HCM programs.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams, mentor practitioners, and help grow the practice through solutions development and client relationships. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dayforce implementation, support, or optimization experience.
• 5+ years translating business needs into functional design and deployment.
• Experience leading project teams for HCM technology implementations.
• Experience with testing, issue resolution, and deployment support for enterprise programs.
• Experience with HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, or talent management processes.
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce implementation, enhancement, and support across HR, payroll, time, and HCM processes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Oversee design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage project teams, mentor practitioners, and coordinate workstreams to meet timelines.
• Contribute to growth via solution development, client relationships, and proposals.
