Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with talent processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, learning).
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation.
• Experience with testing, defect tracking, and talent management validation.
• Experience with HR compliance or data privacy in talent tech environments.
• Ability to travel around 50% based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancements by gathering requirements and configuring the system.
• Analyze talent processes to support solution design and process improvement.
• Develop documentation, test scenarios, and deployment support materials.
• Execute testing, document defects, and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Assist with data migration, training, and change activities for client users.
