Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS, HCM, or business systems experience.
• Experience leading enterprise HR system implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Workforce Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of Dayforce HCM modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
• Configure and maintain Dayforce workflows, security roles, business rules, and organizational structures.
• Coordinate data conversions, system testing, and UAT.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure project success.
• Develop training materials, process documentation, and end-user guides.
• Provide ongoing system administration, support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain data integrity and support compliance reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and new feature releases.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned
