Lincoln Property Company is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Charlotte, NC to support Dayforce and optimize our HRIS ecosystem. You will manage employee data, generate HR reports, and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to drive process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in HRIS/HR technology with strong Dayforce experience, plus solid analytical and communication skills. This position offers an on-site work arrangement with opportunities to enhance HR data governance and reporting

Formación

• 3+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll Systems, or HR Technology experience.
• Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred.
• Candidates with Workday, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with reporting, auditing, and maintaining employee data.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and support the Dayforce HRIS platform, including employee data management and system auditing.
• Create, analyze, and distribute HR reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to resolve them.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, testing, and validation.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
• Assist with configuration changes, security access, and workflow management.
• Provide end-user support and training on HRIS processes and functionality.
