Edged Data Centers in the United States is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to manage Dayforce configuration, optimize HR workflows, and support a fast-growing team. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure data integrity and streamline processes across benefits, payroll, and performance cycles.

Responsibilities include building dashboards with Dayforce, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau; generating reports on benefits, compensation, attrition; driving compliance with federal and state

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Dayforce configuration/implementations.
• Advanced proficiency with Dayforce reporting tools, Excel, Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to balance urgency, collaboration and timely delivery in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Dayforce HRIS Analysis & Optimization: configure, administer, and optimize Dayforce to improve efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: build dashboards and reports using Dayforce, Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: ensure HRIS processes comply with regulations and governance.
• General HR Administration: support open enrollment, performance and compensation cycles, and inquiries.
