Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to serve as the first contact for the HR Technology help desk, troubleshoot Dayforce issues, and audit updates before go-live. The role ensures data accuracy through audits and manages new site adds as contracts are signed, supporting HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.

Reporting to the Manager, HR Technology, the analyst will maintain process docs, assist with security roles, and help improve processes through recurring issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in HRIS, HR operations, help desk/support, or similar HR tech role.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR Technology help desk inquiries and triage requests.
• Troubleshoot Dayforce day-to-day system errors and workflow issues.
• Audit and test new Dayforce updates before production release.
