Diversified Energy Company, a leading US-based energy firm headquartered in Birmingham, AL, seeks a Dayforce Systems Architect to helm the Dayforce HCM platform across HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management. You will own implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration, with focus on integration, reporting, and compliance.

The role requires Dayforce expertise, strong project management, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to drive system excellence and adoption

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS, HCM, or payroll systems experience.
• Full-cycle Dayforce implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management processes.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, data management, and system integrations.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Dayforce certifications.
• Experience with APIs, data integrations, and business intelligence tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, configuration, and end-to-end delivery of Dayforce implementations.
• Serve as the primary Dayforce administrator post-implementation.
• Configure and maintain Dayforce modules, workflows, security roles, and system settings.
• Manage system integrations, data integrity, and user access.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Evaluate new Dayforce functionality and lead enhancements.
• Create documentation and training materials to improve adoption.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
