PLA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Day Shift in Commerce City, CO. You will lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate with onsite leadership, and drive production performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will monitor performance data, manage scheduling, and support hiring, training, and coaching of staff. The role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and delivering on customer expectations with consistent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor costs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Serve as main communication link between operations, employees, and customers.
• Establish clear goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Communicate with internal and external management teams to align expectations.
