Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining staff.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor costs, minimize waste, and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Serve as the main link between operations, employees, and customers.
