PLA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift in Riverside to lead a team of production and warehouse staff, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires coordinating scheduling, coaching, and performance management while communicating with leadership, customers, and employees.

The candidate should have supervisory experience, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to meet daily/weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to support clear communication across a diverse workforce.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse or production environments.
• Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals with hands-on leadership.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor costs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
