Job summary

Propak is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Day Shift in Commerce City, CO to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee production performance, and ensure safety and quality standards across the site. Reporting to onsite management, you will coach staff, manage scheduling, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication with customers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed production and operational goals.
• Experience with employee scheduling, performance management, and HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing reports and identifying areas for improvement.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor costs, minimize waste, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
