Job summary
Propak in Springfield, MO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for 1st shift to lead daily warehouse operations, drive production performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
You will coach staff, coordinate scheduling and timekeeping, review performance data, and act as the main link between operations, customers, and management, aiming to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals while upholding our service, sustainability, and safety values.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
- Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
- Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
- Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor labor costs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
